About Us
THE GIBBINS FAMILY

 David and Tina, along with children  Stephanie & Scott, reside in the Hotel thereby making it a truly family run establishment.  
David is very much  local man,  born and bred in the area , with local dialect ( thankfully easy to understand).  He has a large and close-knit family that is well established within the community and business area.

Tina can boast of Yorkshire and Scottish heritage and, like David, she also has family living locally.  
Since taking full ownership of the Hotel we have steadily built up a strong reputation for serving good traditional food as well as old fashioned  hospitality within a pleasant environment.  
Over the past few years many couples have decided to hold their weddings here at the Hotel and we pride ourselves on the standard of service we offer.   See our Weddings page for further information.
